A little about me

I am a multimedia designer that provides visual communication and creative solutions for a variety of uses and applications. I have utilized my skills as a designer in multiple industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, software, and education. I am originally from Houston and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I am an avid technology user, and I am highly interested in digital media as a whole and routinely perform research and work in niche areas of multimedia to further my knowledge and experience. Estimate time required to complete work and providing proposals and quotes for clients. Developed design briefs for comphrensive understanding of clients requirements. Consult clients on usage and best practices. Responsible for project deliverables from concept to delivery. Maintain close communication, planning, teamwork, and coordination with key participants to ensure project success.

    Taught multiple areas of multimedia such as 3D modeling & animation, 2D motion graphics, Compositing & Post-production workflows such as green screen, motion tracking, video editing and production. Advised on variety methods and techniques for 3D modeling, animation, and general design principals, theories, and best practices. Developed all learning materials for class and student success such as daily projects, quizzes, tests, midterm, and finals. Responsible for all aspects of class functions including student assignments, tests, grading, attendance, and participation.

    Contract role to design 3D assets for various animations, simulations, and serious games. Performed low poly modeling to ensure optimal hardware performance for smooth play back. Utilized rendering, lighting, texturing to achieve overall look and feel for environment scenes. Worked closely with team for planning, project management and pipeline workflows to meet deadlines and milestones.

Maintained company website daily updates via HTML/CSS and integrated new web content: Downloadable PDFs, video, images. Designed company marketing material such as product sheets, case studies, white papers, booth displays, packaging, and e-marketing.

    Performed radiation analysis on crew module for in-flight missions to ensure radiation shielding for crew members was at or below acceptable human radiation exposure for alotted missions. Performed lifecycle logistics analysis for Orion CEV (Crew Exploration Vehicle). Produced engineering CAD models and drawings for analysis and graphical illustrations. Created 3D exploded views and illustrated parts break down for various spacecraft parts and assemblies for integration into logistical support analysis documentation. Utilized CAD software in conjunction with Adobe products for project documentation design purposes.
